Avoid at all costs. Seems other locations have better reputations but not this one. Fred the office manager doesn’t know how to do his job. He sets up appointments without getting all of the patient’s information. He blames his mistakes on the patients or in this case the patient’s daughter because in his words “I wasn’t a good daughter”. How about you learn to do the job you are getting paid to do Fred!! When I questioned him in why he didn’t get all of my mom’s information he was so defensive and stood there with his arms crossed like a little boy throwing a tantrum. Like other reviews have said all they care about is money. Let’s together support well run establishments, this isn’t one of them.

Horrible!! Every time you go in the office and you see a different dentist they try to charge you thousands of dollars to get stuff done. I have been going there for years and I usually see Dr. Morgan. (Who is GREAT!) But when he is not there they have you see a different dentist who tries to tell you they can not help you unless you spend at least $1000 to get your teeth deep cleaned and a bunch of other nonsense you need to get done. How is it when you see the same dentist everything is fine, but when you see a new dentist at the same location they find everything and anything they can think of to make money!!! Horrible I will never go here again and they are a total rip off!!!! They do not deserve 1 star

DO NOT GO HERE! Not clean office and rude! I’ve tried the other locations and they’re all the same. I just wanted to go closer to my home, but what a disaster! They overcharged me, never delivered one of my crowns, and then dropped the ball on my insurance. I tried contacting their management many times, and no call-back ever. I asked to speak with the owner, but the front desk lady told me that the owner does not handle complaints. What??? Just goes to show you how bad their service is.

They gave me more information about my dental health on my first visit than I’ve gotten collectively in my whole life. I’d highly recommend them- the staff are all beautiful people, intelligent, and kind. I felt as though they really care about my health and my image, not just a paycheck.

Terrible service - especially from the front office. We have been with this office for three years and they have been consistent in only one thing: disappointment. I'm rather surprised that there are others who have had better service. Maybe we're just unlucky. Latest problem is with a night guard that they keep getting wrong. They over schedule, so we've had to wait for very long periods of time (+1 hr). They have gotten diagnosis wrong, that I've had other dentists. One star for having a clean office. One more star when things have gone right. But that's as far as I can go with a good conscience.
