I went to Legacy for a free consultation to see if orthodontics could — or, more importantly, should — be used to fix my bite, which is wearing down my lower front teeth. In addition to their expertise, I found Dr. Chen and his entire staff to be quite personable, which made the visit pleasant from start to finish. More importantly, I believe this practice to be one of integrity. After a review of my x-rays and photos, Dr. Chen advised me *against* orthodontics, and cited the reasons why he thought that, in my case, it wouldn’t be practical or safe. Of course, as part of a free consultation, such advice could only mean that he prioritized my welfare above all other considerations. It’s worth noting, as well, that his advice came in sharp contrast to the recommendation I received from another popular orthodontics practice in Tustin. That other practice was friendly and professional, but left me feeling more like a number than a person, and seemed not to consider the risks identified by Dr. Chen (and by my dentist!). Hence, the reason I sought out a different practice, and consulted with Legacy Ortho. I can’t end this review without noting one of the most helpful members of the Legacy staff: the office manager, Gail. I knew from my phone conversation with her that I had found an ortho practice that I could trust, and that, one way or the other, I'd find out if orthodontics would work for me. Gail is congenial and “real,” and quite conversant in orthodontics, which made our initial exchange that much more effective. Needless to say, I recommend Legacy Orthodontics without reservation.

Two of daughters got braces here and I couldn't be happier with our experience! The office staff has always been really good to us all. They handled the insurance like true professionals and I never had to worry or do anything. They made it easy for me. They always worked around my family's schedule when making appointments, which was not an easy thing to do. They would send emails for appointment reminders, which I loved because it went right to my Google calendar. The girls liked the quick appointments and the staff was really skilled. The girls tell me the staff in the back was really nice and welcoming. The orthodontist was super personable and always talked to me with updates and issues. The process for the girls wasn't painful either, it was gentle and gradual, but nonetheless, effective! Everyone felt like family there by the end. I'd recommend Legacy Orthodontics to anyone!!

I first met dr.pham in 2020 through my dentist for Invisalign corrections and I can't say enough about the amazing job the legacy team has done for my teeth. I'm able to smile and laugh everyday without any concerns for the imperfection of my teeth and I received the biggest boost for my confidence. The professionalism and caring attitude I received every visit cannot be measured by words; you simply have to experience it yourself. Dr.pham not only fix your teeth, he also educates you on the long term prevention and care of your teeth as well. If you need any kind of teeth correction or alignment, do yourself a favor and come see dr.pham at legacy orthodontist, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I took my daughter to get a consultation for braces two years ago. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office, and the way the staff treated my daughter which made her feel comfortable. Dr Chen and Dr. Pham went over her situation and showed concern for her bite that I never saw or thought of until they pointed it out. We started treatment right away, I am grateful to Legacy for giving my daughter a awesome smile that rocks! Thanks again to the whole staff for everything they did.
