I have to say, my experience at this dental office was great! The staff was genuinely friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. They were not only professional but also took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The manager, Sarah, was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. And my dental hygienist, Jody, was fantastic—friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and even gave me some great tips for better oral care. After my appointment, I was genuinely impressed with how clean and shiny my teeth looked and felt. It's clear that they take pride in their work here. I'll definitely be coming back for my next cleaning, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The doctor is great. He's really easy to talk with and has done a couple of procedures on my teeth the last few years and he's been such a professional and with such good results. And Jody, the hygienist, is really thorough and also gentle and careful. The receptionist is so sweet and kind. It just feels nice being there. Like family. I don't even mind going to the dentist. Haha

Before coming to Newport Mesa Orthodontics & Family Dentistry I wanted to get braces but I was nervous about how it would go. I was 15 when I got them on and I had a very interesting situation where my right canine and a molar did not grow in. I had baby teeth at the age of 15 that were never planning on coming out. My bottom teeth were like a staircase and my top teeth were all uneven and crooked. I went in for a consultation and they told me right away what I needed to do. Metal braces and I would have to have my two baby teeth pulled and then I was going to have to have the dentist surgically go in and put brackets on these adult teeth which were high up in my gums not planning on ever coming down. We did it and I left with two gaps in my teeth and metal braces. I knew this was going to be a long and tough process. What I didn't know was how amazing my orthodontic experience would be. Every time a bracket broke, my wire got loose or got too long I could come in asap with no worries. Coming in and being welcomed by Elizabeth, seeing Dr. D every month and Victor was never negative. Even though sometimes my mouth would be sore (which is completely normal with my situation) or the different brackets would be getting moved around pulling my teeth down which needed to happen I was always positive. I was motivated even though I had years to come. Every month going there was amazing. My teeth came down as soon as they possibly could. My canine faster than my molar. The molar took about 3 years total which made sense because it was in the middle of the roof of my mouth, I had to pull it all the way to the side into the line of the rest of my molars. Then for the last 6 months my teeth finally came into place perfectly and we just worked on my bite and filling little gaps so everything after 3 and a half years would be perfect (which they now are:) ). Everything turned out absolutely perfect after these past 3 and a half years. Throughout the whole process they were honest and told me how things would end up and how the timeline would work out. They told me I would get my impressions done my next visit and they did them and then once my retainers arrived they called me and I came in the next day and got them off. I couldn't even believe my smile and how amazing it came out. I never expected this and I am so impressed. They are amazing and I absolutely recommend going here for your orthodontic needs.

I just had my inbraces removed (braces on the back side of teeth) and I'm so happy with the results. I've had to come to the office quite often over the last 6 months and because they have such a great group of staff it's much more enjoyable. Dr. Divya Agarwal did a great job paying attention to detail and giving me the best possible smile. I've also had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist, Jody, who also pays great attention to detail I and is very thorough. Dr. Skuben is so optimistic and definitely takes the scary and anxiety out of the dentist if that a concern for you like it was me. Even the front desk Sarah is always so sweet and welcoming. Thank you guys!

I loved my first experience at Newport Mesa Orthodontics! The hygienist Jody is so sweet & made me feel comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend scheduling an apt if you are thinking of trying a new dentist :)
