This was hands down the best experience i’ve had in terms of my dental health. The entire staff was amazing in every aspect. They were very knowledgeable and seemed like they genuinely cared about my teeth. I thank every one that helped me and can’t wait to continue coming here.

Jamie was very nice and throughly explained answers to my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the health for my teeth, gave me a lot of useful information on to take better care of them. The assistant Alex was also made my experience very comfortable and did the X-rays very carefully and quick. This was the first time I didn’t feel pain. Great job with the staff. The facility is also very clean.

I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist since I hadn't been in ages (it's embarrassing how long it had been). The staff at OC Smile was very kind and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Since I went to my first check-up with them, I have come back a couple times for some much needed work and brought my toddler in for her first dental visit. I highly recommend going to them!

We really like this dental office they were very nice upon entering everything was very clean. They took great care of my kids teeth and they even gave them a new toothbrush gift bag on the way out and my daughter said the chair was very comfy.

I went to OC Smile to have a crown re-glued and to establish a new dentist. I was charged for the service pending authorization from insurance. I was then told, I would be informed "if" the service was covered or not by insurance, when I returned for annual cleaning in two weeks and “if” it was covered, I would be refunded. I was not informed that service was indeed covered day of treatment weeks prior, which was concerning and disturbing. I was also asked, if I wanted a cleaning, which would have been an out-of-pocket expense. I declined because in two weeks I had an annual cleaning covered by insurance, which they were aware of, it made no sense. It was an unpleasant experience, I felt pressured for services. I was charged for a service, which was later discovered by insurance company, treatment was in fact covered same day of service, which is unlawful. I was eventually refunded my out-of-pocket expense, after I spoke directly with Dr. "Bad"ii, and outlined my experiences. Dr. "Bad"ii's arrogance went unnoticed. I highly suggest and encourage all existing and new patients to do your research before you commit to services. According to my research this is a common practice within the dental industry, what a sham and shame. I would highly suggest and courage, if you do commit to services, call your insurance company before or after payment is made to ensure OC Smiles integrity. I strongly feel these adverse actions and tactics can be construed as an ethical charge of fraud, as I have only noted the obvious.
