Eyup Savas1 StarI was quite disappointed with my visit to SERENE Despite having an appointment, I waited almost an hour with no clear communication or apology from the staff. The atmosphere was chaotic, and the clinic itself didn’t feel as well-maintained as I would expect.
The dentist seemed hurried and didn’t take the time to thoroughly address my concerns, which left me feeling uneasy about the entire experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the level of care I was hoping for.Monday 3rd February 2025

Front staff is very professional and my Dental Hygienist did an amazing job and had very good bedside manners. She was very informative in her explanations.Wednesday 16th October 2024
Barbara Burton5 StarSuper friendly, helpful staff. Explained all procedures and costs, including what was, and was not, covered by insurance. Dr Mansouri is really friendly and professional, and the work he did is fantastic! I'm so impressed with the color match between my teeth and the cavities he filled; the teeth my last dentist worked on ended up being discolored (and two were in the front. Very upsetting). They conducted a mining operation on my back molars they were very thorough and honest with my situation.
