I called immediately and they took her in and fixed it the same day within hours. EVERYONE there is absolutely amazing which is rare! Thank you all for being so sweet and caring and beyond excellent at what you do! Her tooth looks great and like it never was chipped. South OC Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! They have such friendly staff and Dr. Wu makes going to the dentist fun for my kids instead of frightening. He always explains everything in detail and makes you comfortable during exams. We have not had a bad experience yet!

I was referred to Dr. Carter for braces for my girls. I am really glad my friend referred him. Dr. Carter and his staff are wonderful. My daughter's braces were scheduled to be on for 21 months and this was excellent how long she had them for. Everyone in the office wqs pleasant and helpful. I honestly have nothing but excellent things to say about this group. I highly recommend anyone needing orthodontic care to see Dr. Carter and his amazing staff.

Dr Carter and his staff are very professional, flexible, and accommodating. I went in for a consultation, then several month's later I decided to move forward with the plan Dr Carter created for me. Went in for adjustments regularly, the staff were attentive and listened to my concerns. Then 12 months later, according to the plan, the braces were removed and my teeth are beautiful. I highly recommend Dr Carter if you are considering orthodontic care in South Orange County. Thank you to the entire team at OC Smile & Orthodontics I have a lovely smile again.

Dr. Carter and his staff are the best! I took my daughter to a few other orthodontists for a consultation, one of which recommended a rather extensive treatment plan including extractions and multiple expanders. Dr. Carter’s treatment plan was far less complicated with just braces once she lost a few more teeth. She will get her braces off soon and her teeth look great. We are very satisfied with the results and cannot wait to see her new smile. I have Invisalign and my other daughter has had a top expander and will have braces soon. The staff has always been great and very patient. My girls can be fearful at times and they have gotten comfortable with going to Dr. Carter’s office. They get you in and out of your appointments quickly which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this office!

I highly recommend South OC Orthodontics! We’ve had such an amazing experience with Dr. Carter and everyone on the team. Appointments were always on time and the office sends regular text reminders which I found super helpful. All staff is so friendly and they have great state of the art equipment. We’ve been going to Dr. Carter for a little over a year now and my son just got his braces off and his teeth look perfect! Now I’m a patient for Invisilign and we’ll definitely be going here when my younger son is ready for braces.
